The 2019 Outfitter Rendezvous will be held at Moree Sporting Preserve, 1217 Moree Road, Society Hill, SC 29593 , from Friday March 8 to Sunday March 10, 2019.
You can arrive any time after 2PM on Friday. Friday will be casual time, meet and greet, dinner and camp fire that night.
Saturday AM will be breakfast followed by an AM quail hunt, guides with dogs will be available for (5) groups of (4) to hunt. 15 birds per person with all groups hunting at the same time. Birds will be collected and cleaned. Remember to some extra $$ to tip your guide and bird cleaners.
Lunch with time to relax or you can bring your fishing pole to try your luck on several of the ponds on the property.
Around 2:30 - 3:00 we will hit the new sporting clays course, this is a 100 shot, 14 stations course so bring planting of shells for the quail hunt and the clays course. Shells are available at Moree's, cost is $10 per box.
Dinner and social time around the camp fire that night.

Cost of this years event will be $400, you can pay via wild appricot paypal or send a check to CTOSC, PO Box 2013, Hartsville, SC 29551. All payments are due by March 1. If you plan on paying for this through your chapters account, please send Trudy an email expressing this and please copy me in on that email list at schristman@teamcto.org.
If you do not have a South Carolina Hunting license you will need to go to www.dnr.sc.gov and purchase a sporting preserve license. Cost is $8.50.
